Adjustable Birdy table lamp - functional and timeless Visually sleek yet appealing, simple yet functionally convincing - the Birdy table lamp is a prime example of Scandinavian design. The series was conceived by Birger Dahl in 1952; the then modern design now has a slightly retro feel to it and is therefore very much in tune with the times. The lampshade of the table lamp is formed as a truncated cone, which is angled at the light outlet. The inclination can be adjusted vertically thanks to the joint attachment. The upper arm not only serves as a design feature, but also offers a further adjustment option with its vertical swivelling capability. Its rear end accommodates the cable. A round base and vertical rod form the frame.
