1. Step | Check the package dimensions
The original packaging is part of the product and should be returned undamaged.
Please make sure to use appropriate outer packaging for the return.
Please note: If damage occurs due to unsuitable packaging, we reserve the right to deduct all or part of the resulting loss in value from the refund.
Before returning an item, please check whether the package meets the requirements listed below. This ensures that you can drop off your return at a Parcelshop.

2. Step | Register your return
If your package meets the required dimensions, you can register your return via our returns portal. Simply log in with your invoice number and email address (see invoice) and select the items you wish to return. If you would like to return a replacement order, please use the corresponding invoice number and not the one of the original purchase.
