Frequently asked questions

How can I return an item to you?
 

You can return items free of charge within 50 days of receipt of your order. Please click on the link returns portal in the footer of our site to progress with the return and follow the simple instructions. In order to log into the portal, you'll need your order number and e-mail address. You find this information in your invoice or order confirmation e-mail.

After completing the steps in the portal, we'll provide you with a return form and a return label to print. Please put the return form into the parcel and attach the label to the box, in a way that the original shipping label is no longer visible. Please make sure to return the goods in full and, where possible, in the original packaging. Should you not have the original packaging to hand, please use a suitable alternative and make sure that the items are well padded.

To complete your return, please follow the instructions in the return label e-mail from us.

We would appreciate it if you would let us know the reason for returning the goods. This will help us to improve customer satisfaction with our services.

Do I have to pay the costs of the return myself?
 

You can return items free of charge within 50 days of receipt of your order. You can do so without giving any reasons.

You have the legal right to change your mind within 14 days. However, we offer an extended returns policy of 50 days by choice so that we can provide a better service to our customers. More information is available here.

Please use our returns portal and we will provide you with a return label to print and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

When will I receive the refund for my returned items?
 
Once we have received your items it takes up to 14 working days for the money to be visible in the account that you've used for the purchase.

How long is the warranty for the products?
 
All of our products have a warranty of 24 months (please note, this applies to private customers only). The warranty period begins upon receipt of the goods.

All prices include 20% VAT, delivery costs excluded.

***Delivery in time for Christmas is only valid for items labelled "In stock - delivery in time for Christmas" at the time of purchase. For Christmas delivery, the transaction including payment must be completed; this also applies to advance payments by invoice. For bulky items, the shipping service provider will contact you and mutually agree upon a delivery date. Please note that we cannot influence this schedule. We usually dispatch orders with several items in a single delivery. If your order contains items that are not labelled as "in stock", the longest delivery time applies.
