Traditionsschiff pendant light with a canvas lampshade The lampshade of the Traditionsschiff pendant light is made from a used Dacron sail. As a sail on a ship, the fabric has seen a lot - high Wells, roaring spray and stiff breezes. Now that the sail has had its day, it has found another use here as a lampshade. The signs of use and the structure remain intact, so that each piece tells its own story. Decorative elements include the coloured zigzag stitching and the small emblem with woollen thread. The lampshade is attached to the powder-coated steel canopy with a cable in a textile sheath. The pendant light is manufactured in Germany in cooperation with social projects. Sustainability is also a top priority when it comes to the packaging of the lights. Regional cardboard boxes made from recycled material and recycled paper are used as filling material.
