An accessory of pure lightness – the Veli table lamp in the white ‘Foliage’ design

The Veli table lamp captivates with its appealing design, featuring flowing lines and delicate contours, and fills the room with a touch of weightlessness thanks to its cloud-like appearance. The multitude of individual leaf elements, which are combined using plug-in connections, are bent by hand and cold-cut. They give the Veli Foliage an exciting and lively appearance. The variety of shapes results in light diffusion that creates attractive patterns around the table lamp whilst also providing pleasant general lighting. The material used has been developed and patented by the Italian manufacturer Slamp itself. Opalflex® is a type of plastic comprising a combination of technopolymers and glass crystals, which is extremely flexible and completely unbreakable. This durable material ensures that this special design piece will be a source of enjoyment for many years to come. Thanks to its transparent, discreet cable with an integrated switch, it can be positioned flexibly and used as a decorative feature in the living area or as a lamp on a bedside table.

Slamp was founded by Roberto Ziliani back in 1992. The lighting manufacturer’s headquarters are in Rome, where a new headquarters was inaugurated in 2019.
