Elegant designer ceiling light Odeon Ceiling with a touch of luxury

The scenographic Odeon Ceiling light was designed by Italian designer Lorenza Bozzoli and, inspired by the Greek Ωδείον ("building for musical performances"), its design is reminiscent of the splendour of Art Deco and its opulent architecture, which stands in stark contrast to the austerity of the post-war period. Bozzoli designed the light with its concentric crowns of cylinders as an ode to beauty, theatre, the performing arts and joie de vivre.

The Odeon is made from a metallised technopolymer called Goldflex® and the technopolymer Lentiflex®, which creates a glassy and ribbed effect. The materials used are particularly resistant plastics that were specially developed and patented by Slamp. With its luxurious flair, the ceiling lamp can be wonderfully installed in the living and dining areas of your home and, with warm white bulbs, create a pleasant and cosy atmosphere above a dining table. However, this designer light is not only suitable for private use on the living room ceiling, but can also be used in the catering industry to provide stylish lighting in hotels or restaurants.

The Odeon Ceiling can be easily installed on the ceiling as it is delivered fully assembled in a sturdy wooden box. The light sources can be replaced independently. Dimmable bulbs can be used.

Italian designer Lorenza Bozzoli works internationally as an industrial designer. She has been collaborating with Italian lighting manufacturer Slamp since 2015 and developed the "La Lollo" collection. The collaboration works very well, as Bozzoli's design style and Slamp's vision harmonise perfectly. Slamp was founded in 1992 by Roberto Ziliani and is committed to producing affordable, handcrafted designer lights. The company draws on more than 25 years of expertise in development and research. Using specially developed and patented technopolymers, Slamp's designers create lights with designs and effects that would be impossible to achieve with other materials.
