The light is designed as a cylindrical tube bulb made of opal methacrylate and fitted with black end caps and hooks made of black synthetic resin. The latter and the orange cable allow flexible attachment to plants, beams, etc. in any orientation. The Pistillo outdoor hanging light is a creation by Italian architect and designer Emiliana Martinelli. She also runs the family company Martinelli Luce, which produces the light in the usual high quality - equipped with an IP44 outdoor plug
