The light from the LEDs radiates very evenly downwards through the matt diffuser, while little light penetrates to the sides through the black rim.
The Simera LED ceiling light not only provides energy-efficient and bright lighting, it can also be dimmed, without the need for an existing or retrofitted dimmer via any standard wall switch. Multiple switching allows the light to be adjusted in three brightness levels: 100% luminous intensity, 55% luminous intensity and 20% luminous intensity.
