The history of chandeliers stretches far back into past centuries – to a time when electric lighting was not yet a reality. Back then, they were mostly powered by candles, although installation and use with traditional light bulbs and other electric bulbs is, of course, far safer and is therefore almost exclusively preferred nowadays. Even though chandeliers can look back on such a long history, it seems we can never get enough of them, for they are capable, like almost no other light source, of creating a magnificent sparkle and glitter that never fails to fascinate and enchant.

The Merida chandelier is of a size that allows it to be easily integrated into private living spaces. The pendant is made of clear acrylic with a polished surface and produces that familiar sparkle as soon as it comes into contact with light, reflecting the rays with a glamorous effect.
