The German company Tagwerk uses 3D printing to produce lamps and lampshades from recycled materials. Both design and production are "Made in Germany" and point the way to the future of consumer goods: zero waste, recycled materials and a production without emissions and with green electricity. The biomaterial used for the shade of the floor lamp is made from waste from the wood industry, among other things. The so-called liquid wood is light, stable, wipeable and UV-resistant.

The translucent pattern of the shade is not only pretty to look at, it also creates an interesting lighting atmosphere when the lamp is switched on. The base has a minimalist design with a round base plate and a narrow rod. The switch is located on the E27 socket.
