A designer piece for your desk or bedside table: the Taj Mini LED table lamp

Whilst most desk lamps are particularly flexible and articulated – and therefore often look rather mechanical – the small Taj Mini designer table lamp is the exact opposite. It is made from a single moulded piece, has a dynamic appearance and lacks a single joint, yet it still fulfils its purpose: it provides practical light, for example on a desk or beside the bed. The LEDs are mounted on the underside of the curved plastic body, specifically at the tip, so that the Taj Mini can mimic the form and function of a conventional desk lamp.

The Italian company Kartell, based in Noviglio near Milan, is renowned for its plastic furniture and everyday objects. Renowned designers such as Philippe Starck, Giotto Stoppino and Achille and Piergiacomo Castiglioni are just a few of the designers who create chairs, tables and lights for Kartell.
