Black Out tall outdoor floor lamp with a down-facing fibreglass lampshade
With the Black Out outdoor floor lamp, designer Matteo Ugolini has created a lighting feature for outdoor spaces at night that immediately catches the eye. A large, downward-facing lampshade made of fibreglass filaments is attached to a tall frame. It is spun around a rotating mould until the mould is almost completely covered. The result is an interplay of narrow light apertures and radiant material, which comes into its own in an otherwise dark environment – much like a ‘Black Out’.
This striking composition of visual design and lighting effects is matched by impeccable quality – characteristics that are a given in the premium lights from the Italian manufacturer Karman.
