A piece of jewellery for the Hausen - LED wall light Gioia An elegant, white Carrara Gioia marble plate is at the centre of the circular Gioia wall lamp, which is suspended from the transparent disc with a brass detail in a recess. This allows the marble plate to move and swing back and forth like an earring. The light from the LEDs comes from a separately attached, round plastic diffuser, which can provide glare-free Akzentlicht in the room. A grey textile cable with a toggle switch supplies the light with power. Das cable is detachable. The brightness of the wall lamp can also be adjusted using a trailing edge dimmer (not included). "Gioia is a piece of jewellery for our home," says designer Andrea Anastasio himself about the wall light he designed (2019). The transparency of the disc contrasts with the marble disc, symbolising the movement between two worlds: The marble, decorated with light grey veins, reflects the past with impressive, architectural buildings and statues, and the translucent Perspex disc reflects the present with innovations and synthetic materials.
