Almendra Linear LED pendant light with four swivelling light fittings The Almendra Linear LED pendant light is ideal for lighting a living room or dining room table, but is equally suitable for use in restaurants or hotels. It is made from high-quality aluminium and consists of a slender tubular structure to which the four light fittings are attached. Each of these can be rotated by 60°, allowing the light to be directed individually. It is also possible to adjust the brightness using an external dimmable system (1–10 V, DALI, push-dim, potentiometer). The light further impresses with its high colour rendering (CRI 95), which closely resembles natural light. Thanks to new technology, the light is manufactured using a plastic derived from a liquid that is naturally produced during the paper-making process. Furthermore, no adhesives have been used, allowing the individual parts of the light to be recycled separately according to their material. Patricia Urquiola’s work is exhibited in art and design museums around the world. The Spanish designer has also been honoured with several international prizes and awards.
