Whether placed individually or in a row above a long dining table, for example, the Decomposé pendant light attracts attention everywhere thanks to its simple yet effective design.
The aluminium lampshade is tubular in design and opens towards the floor in a streamer-like manner, so that the light emitted directly downwards hits the individual rings and produces wonderful light and shadow effects. The name Decomposé (French for "to decompose"), which the three designers from the Swiss studio Oï gave to their lighting object, perfectly matches the look of this extravagantly designed pendant light.
In their work, the material is always at the forefront, so that for once it is not the function that determines the form, but the nature of the material.
