Bulky goods surcharge
Please note: if your order contains a bulky item, an extra delivery charge of £39 applies. You can check on the respective product page whether an item is classified as bulky.
Delivery to islands and regions outside of Mainland UK
Please note: we only deliver within the UK. Deliveries to the following regions and islands outside of the Mainland UK are currently not available:
- Outer Hebrides
- Shetland Islands
- Isle of Man
- Jersey
- Guernsey
Which parcel service providers and carriers do you use?
Parcel service providers
- Parcel delivery: DPD
- Pallet delivery: Zufall
Carbon neutral delivery
We work with the shipping provider DPD who commits to a carbon-neutral delivery - without additional costs for the customer. You can find more information about carbon-neutral delivery with DPD here.
Delivery to DPD Pickup Shops
You can have your order delivered to a DPD Pickup point, just select the respective option at the check-out. Please note that your order must be collected within 7 days. A list of DPD Pickup shops including opening times is available here. Pickup shops cannot be chosen as a delivery method for bulky goods.
