Which industrial pendant lights are particularly on trend?

Industrial-style pendant lamps are constantly reinventing themselves. The style goes beyond arrangements with valves, pipes and flaking paint. Today, the industrial style has merged with current trends. Minimalism, cage design** or copper nostalgia** create new designs with a factory flair. In addition to metal lights, concrete lights are also particularly popular, perfectly embodying the industrial style with their rough feel and calm grey colour.

A tip: filament lamps are the perfect match for the often open industrial pendant lamps. They are reminiscent of carbon filament lamps and therefore exude the appropriate vintage charm.

How high should pendant lights hang in the living room?

With their urban charm, industrial pendant lamps become the centrepiece of the living room. If they are used for general lighting, a minimum distance of 2 m from the floor is recommended. If, on the other hand, the pendant light is intended to highlight and illuminate the side table, for example, the height can be freely selected.

How high above the dining table should pendant lights hang?

Thanks to their suspension, industrial pendant lights are always at eye level above the dining table and are a starting point for an interesting conversation with guests. So that you can see the person sitting opposite you clearly and don't bump your head when standing up, there should be about 80 cm or more space between the table top and the lower edge of the lampshade.
