1. Step | Check the package dimensions
The original packaging is part of the product and should be returned undamaged.
Use suitable outer packaging.
Please note: If damage occurs as a result of inadequate or unsuitable packaging, we reserve the right to claim compensation for the resulting loss in value in accordance with § 357 Para.7 BGB in whole or in part from the reimbursement.
For added peace of mind, we offer a hassle-free 50-day returns policy. Before returning an item, please check whether the package meets the requirements listed below. This ensures that you can drop off your return at a Parcelshop.

2. Step | Register your return
If your package meets the required dimensions, you can register your return via our returns portal. Simply log in with your invoice number and email address (see invoice) and select the items you wish to return. If you would like to return a replacement order, please use the corresponding invoice number and not the one of the original purchase.
