Award-winning Tempo 5766 wall light from VIBIA The first detail that catches the eye is the diamond-shaped lampshade of the Tempo 5766 wall light, which is made of mouth-blown opal glass and has a matt finish, so that the light is softly and diffusely distributed in the surroundings. The brightness of the light can be conveniently adjusted using the touch dimmer on the cable. The wall mount of the light is a 1.40 metre long steel neck, which remains in the background thanks to its filigree appearance and the focus is clearly on the head of the light. Alberto Lievore and Jeanette Altherr studied lighting archetypes around the world during the creation process of Tempo 5766. The designers then modified the chosen shape into abstract, minimalist outlines, adapting it to the times. The designers created the wall light for the Spanish manufacturer Vibia, for which they were honoured with the Archiproducts Design Award 2018.
