Acorn hanging light with black shade and polished steel core
The eye-catching feature of the Acorn hanging light is the highly polished steel core with its light fitting. The lampshade consists of a black silicone cap and clear glass. The bulb is visible from all sides, which is why it is recommended to use a decorative bulb, such as a filament bulb with a traditional glow.
At first glance, the square shape with its rounded corners catches the eye; it is no coincidence that it resembles the shape of an acorn, as the creator of this striking hanging light is the Danish designer Jacob Rudbeck, who has previously worked for Scandinavia’s leading design labels and has now designed this beautiful light fixture for the lighting company UMAGE. He takes nature as his inspiration for his designs, believing it to be the source of the most beautiful designs.
