Birdy Swing table lamp: a design classic from 1952 in a new edition

The creative mind behind the Birdy Swing series of lights, which includes this table lamp, was Norwegian industrial designer Birger Dahl (1916–1998), who gave it its geometric look with soft contours and clear lines. Birger Dahl had a decisive influence on Nordic style, and Birdy Swing quickly became a design icon. In 2021, Birdy Swing is being reissued thanks to a collaboration between Birger Dahl's family and the Northern company. It is a pleasant additional light source that, thanks to its timeless design, suits many interior styles and can be used in a variety of ways throughout the living area.
