Designer pendant lamp PH 5 Mini with monochrome look and triple shade

The classic PH 5 Mini pendant luminaire forms a harmonious combination of the most diverse shapes. In addition to its elegantly rounded triple shades, it has a matt lacquered monochrome surface. Thus a modern component is added to the well-known design of this cult lamp. The arrangement of the different sized shades ensures that they reflect the light and illuminate the lamp itself. Most of the light is emitted downwards, is completely glare-free and is distributed in a diffuse manner throughout the room. Some of the light also radiates to the side, which pleasantly illuminates the room. The compact size makes the pendant luminaire flexible to use - whether in the living area or above the dining table, it provides equally optimal light and is an absolute eye-catcher. The fine struts that seem to visually connect the shades add an attractive detail.

In 1958 the Danish designer Poul Henningsen created this series of lamps. He reacted to the ever-changing shapes and sizes of incandescent lamps and created a lamp in which all shapes fit. The designer lived from 1894 to 1967 and designed numerous designer lamps for the traditional Danish company Louis Poulsen.
