Designer pendant light PH 5 Mini with monochrome look and triple shade The classic PH 5 Mini pendant light is a harmonious combination of different forms, featuring an elegantly rounded triple shade and a matt lacquered, monochrome surface. This adds a modern component to the familiar design of this iconic luminaire. The arrangement of the differently sized lampshades ensures that they reflect the light and illuminate the light itself. Most of the light is emitted downwards, is completely glare-free and is diffusely distributed throughout the room. Part of the light is also emitted to the side, pleasantly illuminating the room. The compact size makes the pendant light flexible to use - whether in the living area or above the dining table, it provides equally optimal light and is an absolute eye-catcher. The fine struts, which appear to connect the lampshades visually, add an appealing detail. The Danish designer Poul Poul Henningsen created this series of lamps in 1958. He was responding to the constantly changing shapes and sizes of traditional light bulbs and created a light that fitted all shapes. The designer lived from 1894 to 1967 and created numerous designer lights for the traditional Danish company Louis Poulsen.
