Hand-folded Danish designer pendant lamp 172Scandinavian design is nowadays considered particularly timeless and stylish. The 172 pendant lamp proves that this was already the case a few decades ago. Its design comes from the Swedish designer Poul Christiansen, already from 1971 and still enjoys great popularity. The white shade is produced with a special folding technique, which is still done by hand, as no machine has been able to meet the quality demands that the designers place on the folded end product.
