Frosted Glas table lamp Braille with relief-like pattern The designer Matteo Ugolini created the Braille lamp series as a sign of his friendship with Karman founder Davide Diamantini. Karman is an Italian designer light manufacturer that not only has its headquarters in Italy, where it designs and plans its products, but also produces them locally. What's more, the production is characterised by manual work, which is almost a matter of course for such high-quality designer pieces made of glass, such as the Braille table lamp. The Braille table lamp consists of a spherical glass body that has been mouth-blown. A circular pattern reminiscent of a tribal is worked into the frosted surface. The name of the light, Braille, could also suggest that the relief alludes to Braille, as the characters of this script are just as raised and tactile as the pattern on the light.
