Aicler AIC301 wall light - functional industrial design The selection of industrial lights was rather sparse in the 1950s, so the industrial designer Jean-Louis Domecq took it upon himself to develop such lights for his own workplace. This gave rise to the light manufacturer Jieldé, whose lights are still handcrafted in the factory near Lyon and can now be found in private homes around the world.
