Apollo Portable rechargeable table lamp in opal white glass
The Apollo Portable table lamp is a handcrafted table lamp made from a single piece of opal glass with a built-in rechargeable battery. It not only provides atmospheric lighting in private homes – indoors, in the garden or on the terrace – but can also create a lovely ambience on outdoor tables in the hospitality sector. The light source and the rechargeable battery are concealed inside the light. The bulb illuminates the upper part of the light and creates a warm ambient glow.
The table lamp was designed by the architecture and design practice Studio 0405, a design studio that operates at the intersection of space and object and collaborates with other creative professionals such as artists, photographers and craftspeople. Nikolaj Lorentz Mentze, founder and owner of the Copenhagen-based design practice, designed the Apollo Portable table lamp for HAY.
