A design classic with a new look: the Lumiere 30th table lamp with a pastille pattern

The Lumiere series of lights, which includes table lamps as well as floor and ceiling lights, was launched in 1990 and made the then fledgling Italian lighting company Foscarini famous. Thirty years later, Lumiere 30th is now being launched, a table lamp that, like its predecessors, features a three-legged metal base and a handblown Murano glass lampshade. The special feature of Lumiere 30th is the pastille pattern incorporated into the glass, which is perfectly highlighted by the light emission and creates a very special lighting effect.

Lumiere is a creation by Milanese designer Rodolfo Dordoni, who has designed products for many well-known companies and has been running his own studio, Studio Dordoni Architetti, together with Alessandro Acerbi and Luca Zaniboni since 2005. Rodolfo Dordoni's designs are characterised by clear forms and high-quality materials.
