KTribe F3 floor lamp – the one with the double lampshade

Depending on whether you choose the transparent or bronze-coated version of the KTribe F3 floor lamp, you will see more or less of the double lampshade. The fact is, however, that Philippe Starck designed his KTribe with two lampshades. The outer lampshade is made of PMMA, either transparent or aluminium-coated depending on the version, while the inner lampshade is made of white polycarbonate. These two overlapping lampshades are most clearly visible in the transparent version of the floor lamp. However, the double lampshade contributes significantly to the lighting effect in all versions.
