A true gem – the Smykke pendant light
Its shape is somewhat reminiscent of sparkling earrings, and that’s no coincidence: ‘Smykke’ is a Danish word meaning ‘jewellery’ in English. Just like a delicate piece of jewellery, the Smykke light adorns any living space: simple, elegant and with a fascinating lightness. It is therefore no surprise that this design by the Danish label has already been honoured with the prestigious German Design Award Special 2019.
The handblown glass, with its rosé-brown hue, is perfectly complemented by gleaming gold elements and a high-quality, gold-coloured fabric cable. Whether as a standalone eye-catcher and decorative feature in corners or above chests of drawers, or installed as a group – the Smykke pendant light finds its place in any living space.
