Audo TR Bulb ceiling lamp, black/opal, 22 cm, dimmable

TR Bulb ceiling light with opal glass lampshade

The TR Bulb ceiling light is a classic in the world of lighting, thanks to its design comprising a black powder-coated metal canopy and a handblown opal glass sphere – the TR Bulb – which serves as both the lampshade and the bulb. The bulb is integrated directly into the sphere, so that it, along with the socket, disappears invisibly within it. The TR Bulb ceiling light is dimmable via a dimmer in the building’s electrical system (not included) and is ideal for lighting private spaces as well as for use in the hotel and catering sectors. As well as ceiling mounting, the light is also suitable for use as a wall light.

TR Bulb is a series of lights comprising many different lights for hanging, freestanding, or wall or ceiling mounting. It was designed by the London-based design studio Tim Rundle. New Zealand-born industrial designer Tim Rundle founded his design studio in 2015, specialising in the design of furniture and lighting characterised by elegant, technically sophisticated solutions. The TR Bulb collection is a fine example of this.
