Together with the Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG), the lighting manufacturer Artemide developed a flexible light tube that can be creatively shaped, turned and rotated. Artemide always focuses on people and their needs. The development of aesthetic and durable luminaires with high quality and state-of-the-art lighting technology is intended to improve the quality of life. The aim is to satisfy the desire for flexible and optimal light in the best possible way. La linea can be used flexibly indoors and outdoors and adapts to both very high and low temperatures from -20°C to 40°C without any problems. There are therefore no limits to the possible uses. La linea can be used flexibly in the living room, bedroom, in your own garden or for lighting parks or public places. The warm, uniform diffused light creates a pleasant atmosphere. To use the luminaire, an external LED driver is required, which is not included but can be purchased via the accessories. Depending on the selected driver, the light tube can be dimmed and controlled via an app with a smartphone or tablet. With the help of the enclosed materials, the luminaire can be mounted on the wall, ceiling or floor.
