Artemide Cabildo – LED pendant light, 2,700 K

Cabildo LED pendant light with indirect lighting by Artemide

Soft, rounded shapes define the appearance of the Cabildo LED pendant light from Artemide. The designer Eric Solè, who created this model, places great importance on the light appearing vibrant and providing the user not only with light, but also with a sense of well-being. The curved shape gives Cabildo its lively character, whilst the indirect light output creates that sense of well-being. The LEDs are situated inside the ring-shaped structure and initially shine upwards, where the light is reflected by the rest of the luminaire’s white body and the ceiling before being diffused into the room.

The light is dimmable, although this requires a five-core connection cable. Dimming is achieved via a push function using a separate switch (not included).

French designer Eric Solè created a series of lights for the Italian company Artemide, headquartered near Milan.
