They are ideal for area lighting with 2 M and 3 M modular luminaires (200 and 300 mm edge length), e.g. for square surface-mounted and recessed lights, flat wall and ceiling lights, downlights and uplights. OSRAM DULUX F lamps are characterised by a particularly high lumen package. Compared to two OSRAM DULUX L 18 W, one OSRAM DULUX F 36 W has a 13 per cent higher light output in EB operation. This not only simplifies handling but also significantly reduces system costs. The OSRAM DULUX F is only about half as long as an OSRAM DULUX L lamp with a comparable wattage. And it can be easily combined with the LUMILUX light colours. The model can be operated with both conventional and electronic ballasts.
