The LED pendant luminaire Eggboard Matrix Up/Down is perfectly suitable for an adequate basic and working lighting in office rooms. The lower surface is made of sound-absorbing material, whose properties are supported by the sinusoidal shapes. Optimum acoustic efficiency is achieved when positioned at approximately one metre above head height. Light is emitted both downwards and upwards. The LED board is equipped with numerous small individual diodes and has rotosymmetrical reflectors, resulting in a homogeneous and pleasant lighting effect. With a glare reduction value UGR < 19, Eggboard Matrix is also the ideal choice above computer workstations.

The office pendant luminaire was designed by Progetto CMR for the manufacturer Artemide. With its "The Human Light" philosophy, the latter places particular emphasis on aligning the lighting effect with human needs - a motif that is particularly evident in Eggboard Matrix.
